Job profile: The RF Lead would be responsible for the optimization of new sites and clusters; he would have to handle problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure. He would be required to analyzing KPI’s and submit daily reports on the same. The main role of the RF Lead would be to analyze RF Drive Test generated through log files and verify & test hardware up gradations and new elements added to the network & keep track of all the up gradation activities.

Qualifications: The candidate must have a B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics or Communication Engineering. He should have a sound technical mind with analytical abilities.

Experience: The candidate must have at least 6 to 10 years of experience in telecommunications sector.
