Reference Books for APPSC Assistant Statistical Officer Exam
Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) conducts common examination for the post of Assistant Statistical Officer. Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines with Statistics as a compulsory paper from a recognized university are eligible to apply. Candidates should be of 18 years of age and should not be more than 36 years of age at the time of application.
Scheme of APPSC Assistant Statistical Officer Exam
The exam will be in objective type multiple choice format. It consists of two papers. Paper (1) contains 150 questions from General Studies, Mental Ability and Disaster Management. The maximum marks for this section is 150, and the maximum time limit is 150 minutes. Paper (2) contains 150 questions for a total mark of 150 marks. Candidates can choose any of the following subjects for the second paper and duration of this test is 150 minutes.
