where E&I branch is not specified, B.TECH (E&I) student should apply on which branch ELECTRONIC or INSTRUMENTATION ? particularly for GATE or IES(indian engg exam) . whether E & I branch are eligible for Indian Engg Services exam conducted by UPSC
