Admission Procedure for MCA in New Delhi

Graduates, who have completed the course with mathematics as one paper, are eligible to apply for MCA course. Non Science graduates with mathematics in XII class can also seek admission to the course.

Admission to the course in Delhi University is offered on the basis of an entrance test. Admissions are also offered admission on the basis of score obtained in the qualifying examination. Entrance test comprises of two separate papers. First paper includes objective type questions where as second paper includes subjective model questions only. Questions asked for the test will be from the following topics.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University also conducts an entrance test for the selection of eligible candidates. This objective model test is conducted for 2 and half hours duration and covers questions from the following areas.

Performance of the candidate in written test and interview is considered for admission in Jamia Millia Islamia. 85% weightage will be given for marks obtained in the entrance exam and rest 15% for interview session.
