Educational Qualification

Candidates who have the following educational qualification are eligible to apply for the below mentioned posts.

Foreman (Chemical): Those who have completed full time diploma course in any of the below mentioned courses are from a recognized Industrial Training Institute are eligible to apply.

• Chemical Engineering
• Petrochemical Engineering
• Chemical Technology
• Petrochemical Technology

Foreman (Mechanical): Diploma in Engineering in any of the following streams is the required qualification for this post.

• Mechanical Engineering
• Production Engineering
• Production and Industrial Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Mechanical and Automobile Engineering

Foreman (Electrical): Diploma holders in Electrical Engineering or Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering are eligible to apply.

Foreman (Instrumentation):

Candidates having diploma in any of the following subject are eligible to apply for this post.

• Instrumentation Engineering
• Instrumentation and Control Engineering
• Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering

Jr. Superintendent (Human Resources):

Those who have completed Bachelors’ degree in any discipline and post graduate degree or diploma in Personal Management or Industrial Relations from a recognized University. They are required to secure a minimum of 55% marks in qualifying examination. Candidates should have proficient knowledge in operations of computer. In addition to this, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years post qualification professional experience in any company of repute.

Jr. Superintendent (Hindi):

Bachelors’ degree in Hindi literature from a recognized University is the required eligibility criterion. They should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in qualifying examination. In addition to this, they should have completed degree or diploma in translation of Hindi to English or vice versa from a recognized University. They should have studied English as a subject in graduation. Candidates should have professional experience of a minimum 3 years in relevant area.

Operator (Chemical) - Trainee:

Those who have completed Bachelor’s degree in Science subjects such as Physics/ Chemistry or Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply. Upper age limit for eligibility is 28 years.

Technician (Mechanical) - Trainee:

Those who have completed Higher Secondary course and completed ITI tradesman ship or national apprentice ship certificate in Fitter/ Diesel mechanic or tuner trade are eligible.

Technician (Electrical) - Trainee:

Candidates who have completed Matriculation and ITI course in Electrical or Wireman trade are eligible. Those who are more than 28 years of age are not eligible to apply.

Steno Assistant (HR) - Trainee:

Those who have completed Bachelors degree with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply. They should have good typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in short hand. Those who have proficient knowledge in computer operations will get additional preference.
