National defence academy is conducted by union public service commission twice in a year to recruits the candidates in Army, Navy & Air Force wings of National Defence Academy.

Those candidate have completed 12th standard are applicable for NDA Exam Without having Mathematics and Physics subject student are eligible for NDA exam but you can apply only Indian Army post .NDA exam not require any percentage marks of the candidate.

The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for Sc/ST candidate . Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. You must have Citizenship of India.

Selection process for NDA recruitment -Written Test , Physical Test , Medical Test and Personal Interview .SSB conduct this process in SSB center .

Notification for NDA II Exam , 2013:-

Date of notification: 04th May, 2013
Last date for receipt of applications: 03rd June, 2013, Monday.
Date of commencement of exam: 11th August, 2013, Sunday.

From this year NDA application form must be submitted by only online system. The fees for NDA exam is 50/- . You can be paid the amount through SBI Debit/Credit Card or by SBI Net Banking or by depositing directly in SBI .

NDA stands for the National Defence Academy conducted by UPSC twice in Year.

If you want to join NDA then you have passed your 10+2 standard from recognise board for INDIAN ARMY post....

Candidate must have completed their 12th science from recognise board...

Only Unmarried Male can Apply for NDA....

Age should be Between 16.5 to 19 years There is no age relaxation for Sc/ST....

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

Every year NDA Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC twice a year.

Through this exam, one can join the following defence services

Army wing
Navy wing
Air Force wing

The selection procedure will be as follows
Written Test
Interview
Medical Test

You should have completed 12th class with any of the stream to apply for Army wing.

One should have completed 12th class with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects to be eligible for Navy and Air Force wings.

You should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years.

You should be an unmarried male candidate to be eligible for this exam.

NDA Exam Details:-

NDA stands for National Defense Academy. To enter this academy you need to sit for an examination which is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission twice a year-in April and September. By giving this exam you can enter the following academies: 1) Air Force Academy, 2) Indian Military Academy and 3) Naval Academy.

If you choose AFA then you would be administered for the pilot aptitude battery test too. On getting selected you need to stay in the academy for the training period for three years. Though you will be asked to choose the academy where you want to go but the final decision will be taken by the authority concerned by assessing your overall performance.

Nationality: You should be a citizen of India.

Educational Qualification:

Army Wing: To enter this wing you need to be a higher secondary passed out candidate.

Air Force and Naval Wing: To enter this wing you need to be a higher secondary passed out candidate too. But in addition to that you need to have physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects at 10+2 level.

Selection Procedure: You need to go through the following stages of selection: 1) Written Examination, 2) Personality Test and 3) Medical Test by SSB.

Exam Pattern:

1. Mathematics-300 marks (2.5 hours)
2. General Ability Test-600 marks (2.5 hours)

The General Ability Test can be further sub-divided into the following categories: Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History, Geography and Current Events.

You will require to meet these Eligibility in order to appear in NDA(National Defence Academy) Exam.These are :-

Educational qualification :-

-->>You should be passed out in 10+2 from Recognized University/Board.

Defence Wing Selection based on Subjects/Streams :-

NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II to join Indian Army, navy and Air Force wing of NDA after 12th in any stream.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian unmarried National having either appear for the final 12th Exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental Fitness.

NDA is an exam conducted by UPSC twice in a year. NDA refers to National Defense Academy. for giving the NDA exam you should be 12th passed with ncert pattern with PCM. there are two exams- one is mathematics and the other one is general ability test. mathematics is of 300 marks where as general ability test is of 600 marks. for NDA preparation you should study books like Arihant-NDA and R.D. Sharma.

Next nda exams date information

NDA examination is conducted two times a year and UPSC conducts it.

The examination is usually conducted in the the month of May/June or Nov/December.

You must be 10+2 passed to become eligible for NDA examination.

Age should be between 16.5 to 19 years and you must be an unmarried male Indian citizen.
