Scientist-C, National Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasting
Profile:
National Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasting (NCMRF) was established by the Government of India as an institution that provides Medium Range Weather Forecasts to the farmers. The other main objective of the institute is to render Agro Advisory Services to the farmers.
Job profile:
Candidates will have to work on the post of Scientist Grade C in National Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasting totally on the contract basis.
Eligibility:
Candidates should not have age more than the prescribed age limit for the posts i.e. 35 years. There is no information about the relaxation in age limit for reserved category candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have post graduate degree from any recognized institute or university for applying for the posts of Scientist Grade C.
No. of Posts: Only 10 posts in total available in National Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasting.
Pay Scale: Rs.38000/- will be paid as the consolidated salary to the selected candidates.
Selection Process:
Both written test and interview should be passed or qualified by the candidates in order to get selected for the post of Scientist-C.
