Apeejay College of Engineering is located at a place Sohna in Gurgaon in Haryana. Its establishment dates back to the year 1997 under the supervision of Dr. Satya Paul by Apeejay Education Society. The college is associated to Maharshi Dayanand University and has AICTE approval.
Courses Offered:
This college offers engineering bachelors degree (B.E) in five different branches which are Information Technology; Electrical Engineering; Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering; Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering. Master program (M. Tech) is also offered in Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
Admission:
AIEEE is the criteria for admission to Apeejay College of Engineering. A candidate is eligible for a direct admission into the 3rd semester if he/she has qualified the Lateral Entry Examination Test (LEET).
Infrastructure:
Apeejay College of Engineering’s campus spans over a large area. The whole structure is divided into one administrative block, two blocks for academic purposes and a complete building is dedicated for recreation and indoor sports. The laboratories have the latest equipments and apparatuses. The library is ultramodern and has a collection of over 15702 books in approximation. The students also have the facility of book banks. Hostel facilities are provided by the college for both the genders. The boys hostel called the Vivekananda hostel has a capacity of 200 and Sarojni Naidu hostel for girls can take 101 girls. 24 hours internet is available within the college campus.
Placement:
The pass out engineers of the college are placed in the apex multinationals like Infosys Ltd., HCL, Convergys, Thomson Press, Tata InfoTech, Inter Globe Technologies, TCS and many other companies which are state based.
