Aryavart Gramin Bank conducts Officers recruitment examination in order to select the eligible candidates against the post of Officer Scale III, Officer Scale II, Officer Scale I and Office assistants respectively. The aspirants can submit the applications online. There are no other modes to apply for the above said posts.

Structure of AGB Officers Recruitment Exam

All the questions are of objective type multiple choice types. The exam is divided into five sections. They are

There will be a total of 200 questions where each question carries one mark. The total time allotted to complete all the five sections of the test is 2:30 hours.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must be of Indian origin. Candidates those who are applying for Officer Scale III should be below forty years of age. The age of the candidate should fall within 21 to 32 years in order to apply for the post of Officer Scale II. Candidates can apply for the post of Officer Scale I and Office assistant only if they have completed 18 years of age.

Officer Scale III

Candidate should hold a degree with an aggregate of 50% from any recognized university. Candidates those who have a degree in Finance, Marketing, Accountancy, Agriculture and Forestry will be given more priority.

Officer Scale II

The candidate should possess a degree from any recognized institute with an aggregate of 50% in Communication/Information technology/electronics. Sound knowledge in PHP, ASP, Java, VB, OCP is also desirable.

Officer Scale I

The aspirant should hold a degree from any one of the recognized Universities. The candidate should be versatile in handling both English and Hindi language.

How to Apply?

Candidates those who are eligible can apply online through the official website of Aryavart Gramin Bank. Candidates should download the challan from the bank’s website before start filling the application form. Make a payment of Rs 500/- along with the challan at any one of the branches of Bank of India. The SC/ST candidates need to pay only Rs 100/- against the examination fees.

How to fill the Form?

Download the payment challan first, from the Bank’s official website and pay the fees at any of the branches of State Bank of Lucknow from third week of August till last week of September. The applicants should have a valid personal email id to which the notifications of the exam has to be sent. The candidate should have a scanned copy of his/her recent photograph along with the signature before filling up the application form. Before filling the online application read the instruction given in the official website.

Take two printouts of the filled up application form as you have to submit it at the time of examination. Care should be given while filling the Branch Transaction Number given in the challan form. The bank also provides a facility to modify the submitted application. The modification facility will be available till second week of September. Carry the challan form and a recent photograph along with them otherwise they won’t allow you to take the examination.
