Post Graduate Diploma in Management is a two year full-time course equivalent to MBA. This course is approved by the Ministry of HRD of Government of India and All India Council for Technical Education. This course is offered in specializations like Systems (IT), Human Resource Management, Finance and Marketing.

PGDIRPM:

Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management course offered by the Asian Workers Development Institute is recognized by the Orissa Government and it is affiliated to the Sambalpur University. The course extends to a period of two years and for getting into the course candidates must be UG degree holders and even candidates awaiting their final year results are eligible to apply to this course.
