Assistant Engineer/Welfare Officer Recruitment in HAL (2013) — Eligibility and Application Process
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has invited applications for the position of Assistant Engineer/Assistant Welfare Officer (for filling vacancies at Avionics Division, Hyderabad). Engineering graduates in civil/mechanical engineering with a minimum of 60% marks can apply for Assistant Engineer positions. PG holders having studied, labor welfare as a special subject can apply for Assistant Welfare Officer Position. Eligible candidates can submit applications till 20th March 2013 through offline mode.
Eligibility Criteria for HAL Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2013
HAL is conducting ‘Assistant Engineer’ recruitments in disciplines of Civil/Mechanical Engineering. Engineering degree holders in any of the following subjects can apply for the profile of ‘Assistant Engineer (Civil)’.
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Engineering
- Structural Engineering
Required eligibility must be obtained from any of the recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks. SC candidates must require a minimum of 50% marks to apply.
For the position of Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), eligible candidate must have obtained the engineering degree in any of the following subjects with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechanical & Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical & Production Engineering
Here also SC/ST candidates need to hold a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
Eligibility Criteria for HAL Assistant Welfare Officer Recruitment 2013
Post graduate degree/diploma holders are eligible for the position of ‘Assistant Welfare Officer’. The qualification must be obtained with at least 60% marks in subjects like
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial relations
- Labor Legislations (with case law) and
- Personnel Management
Qualifying course must have duration of 2 years (minimum) and must include Labour Welfare as a special subject. PG degree must be obtained from any of the recognized Universities in the state of Andhra Pradesh or from any institute recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Moreover, eligible candidate must have completed their UG degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. This degree can be obtained in any of the streams such as science, commerce, law or arts.
Application Process for Assistant Engineer/Welfare Officer Recruitment in HAL (2013)
Applications can be submitted through offline mode. Application forms can be downloaded from the website of HAL. This must be filled up correctly and submitted to the address of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Manager (HR)-TM, Recruitment Cell, HR Department , Avionics Division, Post – HAL, Hyderabad – 500 042. Along with this, applicant must submit attested copies of mark sheets, passport size photographs, and a demand draft of Rs. 400/-. Demand Draft is for paying the application fee and it must be drawn from any of the nationalized banks, in favor of HAL, Hyderabad.
