Company Profile:
Food Corporation of India (FCI) was established on January 14, 1965. It was setup under the Food Coporation Act 1964. The regional office of Food Coporation of India is in Delhi. V.K. Malhotra is the chairman and Managing Director of the FCI. The main task of FCI is to provide food security to the nation.
Job profile:
Candidates can apply for the post of Assistant Grade III in Food Coporation of India. Candidates will have to perform general works of an assistant.
Eligibility:
Candidates should be not more than the age of 25 years. Relaxation is also there in the age as per rules.
Educational Qualifications:
A degree in Science is the minimum educational qualification required for the post. Candidates having degree in science in the field of Agrilculture will be given preference over others.
No. of posts: 70 posts (Gen- 36, SC- 11, ST- 4, PH- 3, OBC- 19).
Pay scale: Rs. 4820-8530 will be given as the salary to the selected candidates.
Selection process:
Candidates will have to undergo a written examination. The result of the written examination will play major role in the selection of the candidates.
How to apply: Application form in the prescribed format duly filled in all respect alongwith a Demand Draft of Rs. 300 drawn in favour of Food Coporation of India payable at Chennai should be send at the address Post Box No. 4334, Kalkaji Head Office (HPO), New Delhi - 110019
