Job Profile: The candidate has to co-ordinate with the team members to achieve targets. He should follow the instructions from the team leader. He has to perform any additional duties as and when required. He has To Follow the Norms required maintaining Quality Standards and cooperating with the QA Team during Audits. He has To Attend Daily Team meetings.

He should have Proper Communication within the Team and Escalate the Related Issues to the Team Leader for Timely Resolution. He is the one who is Responsible for Effective Communication with the End Customer as per Project Requirement, Achieving Targets as per the Schedule and Optimum Utilization of Data/Resources.

Qualifications: The candidate can be a graduate in any discipline or diploma holder in Hospitality Management. He should have operating knowledge of MS-Office 2000 with a typing speed of 35 plus wpm.

Experience: The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience In Healthcare Service Industry in any international call centre on a transaction based process in the Insurance/Healthcare services industry.
