advantages of company: share holder can enjoy limited liability additional capital can raise by issuing some more shares it enjoy greater borrowing power board of director with advertise can be appoint to take decision share holder can share /sell /transfer their shares easily Disadvantages of company: loss of overall ownership and control of the business decision ,takes long time due to bureaucracy expenses occur in setting ,advertising a company financial affairs must be disclose publicly published accounts have to prepare |
