Balaji Institute of Modern Management(BIMM) conducts an admission process for its Post-Graduate Programs in Management. BIMM was established as Indian Institute of Modern Management (IIMM) by Sri Balaji Society. It has been approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India. BIMM is conisedered to be among the very best management schools in Pune and among the top 20 B-Schools in India by various surveys. BIMM has a highly advanced infrastructure and facilities for management education.

Candidates are shortlisted for PGDM programs of BIMM on the basis of their CAT/MAT/SNAP scores. Therefore for admission in PGDM programs of BIMM  candidates have to appear for either of these exams. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their scores in the mentioned exams have to appear in a further selection process consisting of Essay Writing, Group Discussion and Personal Interview after which the final selections are made.

PGDM in Operation and Supply Chain Management and Systems
PGDM in IT and Marketing
PGDM in Personnel Management and Human Resource Development

Eligibility criteria:

A candidate should have a 3 years bachelor degree  or equivalent from a recognised institute and atleast 60% marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation(55% for SC/ST). Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply.

The forms for BIMM will be available from the institute and also from designated Axis Bank branches/ IMS Learning Centres/ Career Launcher Centres across the country. Candidates can also download the form online through the website www.bimmpune.com.

Admission Notification: October, 2009
Last Date for submission of application: January 3rd week, 2010

Selection process:

Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their CAT/MAT/SNAP scores. The shortlisted candidates are then called for further selection process conducted in a number of cities across India consisting of a Essay Writing/Personal Interview/Group Discussion.  Final selection is based on candidate’s performance in CAT/MAT/SNAP, Essay Writing, Interview, Group Discussion, Past Academic Performance and Work Experience.
