Dear friend,

Those candidate have above 50% in graduation are eligible for CAT exam.For SC/ST candidate this marks is decreased to 45% in graduation.

Your graduation college or university must have UGC approval.

This year exam date is already announced.So please check it out.

Registration-17 august 2011 to 28 September 2011

Exam date-22 October to 18 November 2011.

CAT : Common Admission Test.

This examination is Conducted by IIM's Every Year, To apply for this examination, you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised University and you have to scored minimum 50% Marks in your Graduation, Final year appearing candidates are also apply for CAT Examination.

No, Age Restriction in CAT Examination and No Restrictions in Number of Attempts, The score of CAT is valid only for 1 Year.

The Examination is Held every year in the Month of November/December.

For this year Notification was already Published in the Month of August and the last date of apply for CAT Examination was already Over and the examination was also Started, So I think you have missed the Chance in this Year.

So, please wait for the CAT Examination Notification. The Notification will be Published in the Month of August 2012. Eligible candidates may fill the CAT Application form Online.

CAT is Computer based Test and There will be two separately timed sections in the test :

(a) Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation
(b) Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning.

The Questions are Objective, So please prepare well for the Examination, Only then you will be able to cracked this examination.

I am sorry to say that C.A.T exam registration will be over in last week of November.
You will apply in 2012.
C.A.T exam are conducted by I.I.M- Ahmadabad.
