Bandari Srinivas Institute of Technology came into existence in the year 2003. The institute works under the control of the Bandari Educational Society.

The institute is affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The institute offers high standard of education in engineering, business administration and computer applications.

The undergraduate courses available in the institute are B. Tech (Computer Science & Engineering), B. Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering), B. Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering), B. Tech (Information Technology), and B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering).

The post graduate courses available in the institute are MBA and MCA.

Eligibility criteria for getting admission:

UG Courses admission:

As far as B. Tech courses are concerned, candidates must have completed their higher secondary examination with mathematics, chemistry and physics subjects and they should also get qualified in the EAMCET entrance examination for all branches of UG admissions. Admission under management quota is done based on marks obtained in the EAMCET exam or marks obtained in 10+2 examination.

PG Courses admission:

The candidates, who have passed a graduation with Mathematics as compulsory subjects at the 10+2 examination, are eligible to apply for the MCA course. They must get qualified in the ICET-state conducted entrance examination for getting admission for the MCA course.

The candidates who have passed graduation in any stream are eligible to apply for MBA course. They must get qualified in the ICET-state conducted entrance examination for getting admission for the MBA course.
