Eligibility Criteria

The following candidates can apply for Ph.D Law in Bharati Vidyapeeth University.

  • Postgraduate candidates with 55% marks from a recognized University.
  • Sponsored candidates who have completing postgraduation in law and are working in National laboratories, Government Research Institutes, and Institute of National Importance.
  • The sponsored candidates have to produce no objection certificate from their employee. Bharati Vidyapeeth University follows all the rules that are prescribed by various Statutory Councils for research degrees.

How to Apply?

The application form for Ph.D Law can be obtained from Bharati Vidyapeeth University. The completed application form should be sent to Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Bharati Vidyapeeth Bhavan,Ph.D. Section, Second Floor, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Pune – 411030 on or before the last date of submission. A Demand draft of Rs. 2000/- is to be enclosed along with the completed application form. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune payable at Pune. The candidate should take the demand draft from Bharati Sahakari bank or any Nationalized bank.

How to fill the Form?

Fill in the application form carefully without any errors. The candidate should provide the name, date of birth as given in the high school certificate. The candidate should refer to the bank draft while entering the bank details. The candidate should affix the recent passport sized photograph in the space provided. The applicant should put the signature in the specified places. The candidate should check all the details once again before submitting the form.
