B.Sc in Forensic Psychology
Forensic psychology is actually that branch of science which uses various other branches and its principles and uses it to prove a particular mentality or mental condition. Courses like B.Sc in forensic psychology deals with the study of human brains and their psychology in detail. Basically it contains study of various kinds of situations and the reaction of the human body and mind in those particular situations. Every minute differences are closely observed to draw certain and fixed conclusion. It does give a very strong and exact conclusion, which benefits much more than wild assumptions. One needs to be a 10 + 2 passed certificate holder in order to be eligible for this course of B.Sc in Forensic Psychology. The certificate must be of a recognized institute or educational board of India.
Course Outlook:
The course duration of B.Sc in forensic Psychology is not fixed. The duration varies from 1 year to 3 years. In most universities the duration is 1 years. However, when the course is of 3 years, the 3 years are divided in 3 parts of 1 year each. After every one year, an examination is held which decides whether a candidate will get promotion to the next part or not.
Job Prospects:
There are plenty of jobs for these degree holders. Police, defense, and Special Forces recruit them to help them in solving cases. Even the research option is open for these degree holders.
