Cadance Corporation was established in the year 1997 with a goal to provide IT solutions to medium and small sized companies but with time the company has progressed a lot and has aligned itself with the likes of IBM, Cisco, and Lotus etc. The Head office of Cadance is located at Noida. The recruiting process of Cadance Corporation has two stages. First stage is written technical and second stage is HR interview. The candidates who are selected after written test are allowed to sit for interview round.

The question paper contains questions from s/w, h/w and aptitude. Most of the aptitude questions are of analytical type, similar to that of GRE. Some questions are find the next number or figure or find the odd one out from a set of figures or some jumbled words etc. The papers also contains paragraph and comprehension based questions. Some questions on Prefix and Suffix are also there. Students who are selected after the written technical round are then interviewed by the company’s HR personal and only after that the final list of selected candidates are declared.
