Call Center Executives (US Process), Oracle India Private Limited

In India Oracle India Private Limited through its Global Financial Information Center BPO based in Bangalore provides financial services to Oracle subsidiaries in different countries and to Oracle’s suppliers and customers from its GFIC in Bangalore.
Job profile: To provide service support to our US partners. Answer inbound calls and assist Oracle Customer and partners in collection procedures. Assist Oracle Partners providing them product and service information. Resolve research and identify issues using the available information in the system and resources. Outbound calls on inquires which are not resolved immediately. Maintain complete call logs and reports.
The candidate must recognize and alert the supervisor of the trends in customer calls. He should propose methods for process improvements. Follow-up Calls to the Partners to find out their degree of satisfaction for the service provided by Oracle. Upgrading records for validating the Partner and renew their membership with Oracle. The candidate would be required to carry out back-end activity for processing orders of joining or renewals of memberships with Oracle.
Qualifications: Graduation from any stream is a must for this position. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, should be flexible to work in shifts. Candidates with good customer service voice support background would be preferred.
Experience: 1 - 4 Years
Compensation: Rupees 1, 75,000 - 2, 50,000
