multinationals like DELL,IBM,GENPACT,WIPRO,HCL are having a lots of requirement for call center executives, help desk,KPO, Technical assistant.

How to get a good job after completing BCA?

Today , it is little difficult for BCA students to get good jobs in well known software companies because they need at least MCA degree.Generally BCA students get jobs with less salaries so it is better to apply for jobs after MCA.

However in government sector you can apply for

• Bank P.O
• SSC(Graduation level)
• IAS
• IPS

These exams need at least graduation degree and you have BCA degree which is also a Bachelor's degree means you are already a Graduate after BCA.


I will suggest you to complete your MCA before applying for Job .

Generally BCA students get jobs with less salaries so it is better to apply for jobs after MCA.

If you see private companies then you have lot of option like:-

(ii)CTS
(iii)INFOSIS

After BCA you can go either IT industry like that junior programmer etc... or
Data Entry operator or Bank clerical examinations.


If have decided to start your carrier in IT industry after BCA,

1. Try to get placement through your Campus Interview program-me

So, Prepare Reasoning,Quantitative aptitude, verbal and non verbal
questions for your placement. (Refer the Book R.S Aggarwal)

2. Then you have familiar in at-least anyone programming language.

3. Improve communication skills.

4. It will move one step forward in your carrier and you can get job easily.


5. Suppose u lost your placement,

choose any one platform whether it's a .NET or JAVA


Then develop some mini projects in your platform

It's really helpful to you whenever you will go to interview.

Learn some additional skills

1. Web Development ( Flash animation, photoshop etc)

2. Good Typing skills

3. Personality Development



If you have financial support try to join MCA.

After MCA you can get lot of offer letters from Top MNC companies when you are master in above Technical skills.


Your salary will starts from 15k/per month.

After completing BCA , you have lots of chances get into IT Sector . But it is not easy one get into IT Sector after completing graduation because you have to clear various rounds to enter IT Sector and many companies offering the good packages .

Definitely you can build very bright career in the following ,as you are a student of computer oriented subject:-

1) You can try for M.Sc or M.Tech in Computer Science and then if you can do well then you can go for IIT.

2) You can try for MBA and it is very good option for you as you can enhance yourself in both technical and management side. After MBA career option is also very appreciating.

you can easyly apply for job to the top most leading IT companies like Infosys,TCS,CTS,Wipro,Tech Mahindra,etc.
