B.Tech, M.Tech, or Diploma holders in subjects like Computer Science, Applied Electronics, Electronics & Communication and Information Technology can look for placement in Nest Technologies. Selection will be done through a written test followed by interview. Written exam comprise questions on Intelligence Quotient, Aptitude and Technical Knowledge. Those who can get through the written exam will be selected after analyzing their performance in interview. Technical as well as HR related questions can be expected for interview section.

Eligibility Criteria for Campus Placement in NeST Technologies

Fresh graduates with technical background are usually considered for on campus/off campus selections. Candidates having completed B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA or diploma from any of the recognized University can apply. Engineering degree must be obtained in subjects of Computer Science, Applied Electronics, Electronics & Communication and Information Technology. Diploma holders must have obtained the qualification in Computer Science and M.Tech holders in Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication. Other than educational qualifications, each candidate participating in the recruitment process must satisfy certain marks requirements also. Cut off marks required for diploma and MCA graduates are 70%. In case of B.Tech holders the minimum marks required is 65%. These candidates must be free of backlogs at the time of recruitment. Eligibility requirements may vary over time with changes in company policies and requirements.

Recruitment Procedure in NeST Technologies

Selection of eligible candidates is done through a two stage process.

• Written Test
• HR cum Technical Interview

There will be three sections for the written test, Intelligence Quotient, Aptitude and Technical. There will be 20 questions for IQ section that must be completed within 20 minutes. Half an hour is allotted for completing aptitude section and there are a total of 30 questions for the section. Questions for the section will be asked from the following topics.

• Coding-Decoding
• Direction
• Percentages
• Permutation & combinations
• Progression
• Ratio and Proportion
• Simple & compound interest,
• Time & Distance

Questions for technical section will be different for Electronics and Computer science graduates. In general, questions can be expected from topics like Object Oriented Programming, Programming (to write output of a program), microprocessor, sorting techniques, compiler, operating systems, and so on. Those who clear the written exam will be short listed for interview.

During interview, there will be HR as well as technical questions. One can expect questions on subject related topics and from academic activities like industrial visits and mini projects. Time duration for interview may vary from 20-30 minutes. Those who can get through this final level will be provided with offer letter.
