Eligibility Criterion for Placement Procedure in Sasken Communication Technologies

Selection Process

Recruitment is carried out on the basis of

Eligible candidates will have to attend the written test conducted by the organization. There will be a maximum of 90 questions in the written examination. Candidates can expect objective type multiple choice questions. Of these forty five questions will be asked from topics such as logical reasoning and numerical ability. Remaining questions will be asked from academics. Candidates can expect questions from topics such as C++, C and java in academic section. Aptitude section will cover questions from logical puzzles, simple calculations, Simple and compound interest etc. In addition to these, there will be questions from data sufficiency, paragraph completion etc.

Those who have cleared the written test will be short listed for Group Discussion. Candidates’ interpersonal skill and general awareness will be evaluated in Group Discussion. A general topic having special reference to Information Technology or industry will be given in group discussion. Candidates who have obtained minimum cut off marks in group discussion will be called for technical interview. Candidates can expect questions from academic section and topics related from their final project. In addition to this, questions will be asked from IT industry and the latest trends.

HR interview is the final step in the recruitment process. Candidates will be asked questions from their resume. Most of the questions will be asked to analyze the personal behavior of the candidates. They will be asked about the company, family background etc. Final selection will be based on the scores obtained in written test, group discussion and performance in interviews.
