In class X board examination you have to appear for one language examination other than English which is compulsory. The language can be either of Hindi, Sanskrit, Punjabi etc. Hindi course is divided as Hindi-A and Hindi-B, the student can opt either of the two. I personally feel that Hindi-A is far more tough than Hindi-B. You may not have the luxury of choosing between Hindi-A and Hindi-B as you will have to do whatever your school has planned for you. However you can choose between Hindi, Sanskrit and Punjabi
