Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the positions of Clerk-cum-cashier or Office Assistant in Nainital-Almora Kshetriya Gramin Bank. Eligibility:

The minimum age limit set for the post of Officer (Scale-I) is 18 years as on 1 December 2011.
The maximum age limit set for the post of Officer (Scale-I) is 26 years as on 1 December 2011.

Candidates belonging to SC and ST categories will get relaxation of 5 years in age as per rules of Government of India. OBC category candidates will get relaxation of 3 years in age. In case of Ex-Serviceman and Commissioned Officers, 5 years of relaxation in age is available.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university or its equivalent is required for the post of Clerk-cum-cashier/Office Assistant in Nainital-Almora Kshetriya Gramin Bank. Candidates should also have passed Higher Secondary Examination of 10+2+3 pattern with atleast 50% marks in aggregate from recognized board. Candidates possessing Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/State Governments or Union Territory, are also eligible for the post.

General, OBC and Ex-Serviceman categories candidates are required to submit an application fee of Rs. 300. No fee is to be paid by SC/ST candidates. Selection Process:

Selection process of the candidates is consist of two different stages:

1. A Written Examination consist of objective questions type.
2. Personal Interview Test with selection committee.
