College of Dairy & Food Science Technology was established in the year 1982. This government college is affiliated to the Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology in Udaipur. . The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

The College of Dairy & Food Science Technology offers the undergraduate course B. Tech (bachelor of Technology).

The B. Tech course is available in the disciplines of Dairy Technology, and Food Technology.

Eligibility criteria for getting admission:

Candidates, who have passed 10+2 or Intermediate examination (in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects) with at least 60% marks, are eligible to apply or the B.Tech course. They must get qualified in the admission or entrance test conducted by ICAR at National level, in order to get admission for the B. Tech course in the college.
