Post Graduate Program in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM) is one of the postgraduate full time programs offered at National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR). This two year course is offered in Pune, Hyderabad and Goa campuses of NICMAR. The main objective of the course is to improve the professional and management skills of civil/architectural engineers in construction based projects. The course offers specialization in areas of Real Estate/ Facilities Management and Infrastructure. Eligibility for PGP-ACM at NICMAR

Candidates having engineering degree in civil engineering or architecture are eligible to apply for this course. The degree must be obtained with minimum 50% marks. Final year students who possess the above qualifications can also apply.

Admission Process for PGP-ACM at NICMAR

Eligible candidates interested to pursue the course must submit their applications to the Head of Admissions, NICMAR. Applications must be submitted along with qualification supporting documents. Short listing of eligible candidates is done by scrutinizing the received applications. Selected candidates will be called for a selection process. Selection process in NICMAR comprises of four stages.

• Written Test
• Group Discussion (GD)
• Personal Interview (PI)
• Rating of Applications (RA)

Candidates having valid score in CAT/GATE/ GMAT are not required to appear for the written test. Others should qualify the written test that includes questions from the following topics.

• English Language
• General Knowledge
• Quantitative Ability

Those who qualify the written exam should get through the successive stages of the selection process as GD, PI, and RA.  Such candidates can express their preference of campus where they want to pursue the course. Anyway, final decision is up to the admission committee of NICMAR.
