The Indian Institute of Management commonly known as IIMA is one of the very prestigious B-schools in India. The Institute is ranked 1st by many organizations among the top B-schools in India. The Institute has received many acknowledges and it is accredited by European Quality Improvement system. IIMA existed as autonomous body in the year 1961 along with collaboration from central govt. and various sectors of Industry.

The various courses offered in the Indian Institute of Management are FPM i.e. Fellow Program in management, PGP-PMP i.e. Post graduate program in Public Management and Policy, PGP-ABM i.e. Post graduate Programme in agribusiness management, PGPX i.e. PG in for executives (one year) and some other courses as well.

The institute’s campus is fully furnished and well equipped with all the modern facilities for the students. To get admission in IIMA the students are required to fill in a form CAT i.e. Common aptitude Test. The test is conducted at various places in India and it is used as a level of necessary qualification for many B-schools. The CAT composes of three sections of Aptitude, Logical reasoning & data interpretation and Verbal ability. The students seeking admission should qualify the individual sectional cut-off score as well as the total cut off score. The Institute is of such a quality that only the students with percentiles more than 98% can expect their admission in the institute. The Institute also conducts Interview and other tests after the CAT for over all checking of students abilities.
