Executive Trainee Recruitment in TCIL (2013) –Essential Details
Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL) has invited applications for the position of ‘Executive Trainee’ in disciplines of ECE and CSE. Selection process is done on the basis of candidate’s performance in GATE-2013 and personnel interview. Application forms downloaded from the portal of TCIL, must be filled up correctly, and submitted through offline method.
Eligibility Criteria for Executive Trainee Recruitment in TCIL
Executive Trainee (ECE)
Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering is the basic qualification required for Executive Trainee (ECE). Final year students can also apply. Apart from this, eligible candidates must have obtained a valid GATE score. General category candidates must have obtained a minimum of 70 marks out of 100 in GATE. SC/ST/OBC candidates need to score a minimum of 65% marks only.
Executive Trainee (CSE)
Bachelor degree holders in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology with a valid GATE score can apply for ‘Executive Trainee (CSE)’profile. In this case also, final year students holding the required qualification can apply. General category candidates need to have a minimum of 55 marks out of 100 in GATE. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the minimum marks required for GATE is 50.
Age limit to apply for both the job profile is 25 years. This is calculated as per the date of 01/04/2013. Age is relaxable to a maximum of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. Nationality of the applicant must be Indian.
Selection Process for Executive Trainee Recruitment in TCIL
Selection process is done through the process of personnel interview. Candidates for personnel interview are short listed on the basis of GATE score. Only GATE score obtained in 2013 is considered for the process. Selected candidates should undergo a compulsory probation of 6 months. Stipend paid during the period is Rs. 20,000/- per month. After one and half years, these candidates will be considered to the next grade of ‘Assistant Manager’ by providing a pay scale of Rs. 20600-46500 per month.

Eligible candidates need to send offline applications. Application forms can be downloaded from the website of TCIL itself. Filled up applications should reach the address of ‘The Executive Director (HRD), Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd., TCIL Bhawan, Greater Kailash –I, New Delhi – 110048’ before last date. Deadline date of receiving applications is 30th May 2013.
