JEST Exam Syllabus

The syllabus for JEST 2013 is given below. The question paper will be same for all candidates and will not depend on their qualification:

Physics Syllabus will cover the standard M. Sc. Physics syllabus.

All questions will be objective type only.

Theoretical Computer Science syllabus will cover basic concepts of Analytical Reasoning and Deduction, Discrete Mathematics, Principles of Programming, Combinatorial, Data Structures and Algorithms and Graph Theory.

Thermodynamics and Statistical Mechanics

Mathematical Methods

Electronics and Experimental Methods

Advanced topics (like Atomic, Molecular and Nuclear Physics and very elementary Solid State Physics)
