Job Profile:

SJVN Limited invites applications from energetic and promising professionals for the following positions of Executive Trainee on regular basis. The post of Executive Trainee is available in the disciplines of Finance & Accounts, Geology and Human Resources.

1. Recruitment of Executive Trainee (Finance & Accounts):
No. of posts: Only 4 posts are available.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 30 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have done CA or ICWA or two years full time MBA degree with specialization in Finance & Accounts from a recognized institute or university of India.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 24900-50500 per month.

2. Recruitment of Executive Trainee (Geology):
No. of posts: Only 5 posts are available.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 30 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have done full time M.Sc. degree or M.Tech in Geology or Applied Geology or Geophysics. Candidates should have done the degree with Engineering Geology as the main subject. Candidates with M.Sc or M.Tech in Engineering Geology are also eligible to apply.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 24900-50500 per month.

3. Recruitment of Executive Trainee (Human Resources):
No. of posts: Only 7 posts are available.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 30 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have done Graduation with atleast two years full time MBA or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma with specialization in Personnel or HR. Candidates are required to have secured atleast 55% marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 24900-50500 per month.

A non refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 150 is need to be submitted by the General and OBC categories candidates. SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from the payment of this application fee. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of SJVN Limited payable at Shimla.

Selection Process:

Selection process is comprises of two stages i.e. Written Test and Group Discussion & Personal Interview. Eligible candidates will have to undergo a Written Test at Shimla. Qualified candidates of the written test, will then be called for the interview test on the basis of the requirement of the company.
