Admission in Diploma In Civil Engineering is based on 10th standard and you are definitely eligible for polytechnic entrance exam for getting admission. Just make sure that you have studied Maths and Science in your 10th standard.

Upper age limit for Polytechnic Entrance examination is 21 years. There is age relaxation available for candidates who belong to reserved category.

Therefore, don't worry and be prepared for polytechnic entrance exam because admission in a top polytechnic is only possible when you have got a excellent rank.
