Re: Am I eligible to study B.Tech(Nanotechnology) after completing Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology? Percentage required to get admission?
Sorry it is not possible for you to admission for B. Tech in Nanotechnology after completing a Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology (DPMT). Interested candidates should have passed the Intermediate course (10+2) or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics a main subject from a recognized Board/University. Since, Plastics Mould Technology is not related to Nanotechnology so per your educational qualification you are not eligible for B. Tech in Nanotechnology.

In order to go for nanotechnology you must complete your graduation degree first as it is not done under bachelor degree in B.tech and the after completing your graduation then you can go for M.tech in nanotechnology. The minimum criteria for this course is minimum 50% marks in your graduation.

No, you are not eligible to study B.Tech (Nanotechnology) after completion of your three years Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology. Candidates who have completed three years Diploma course in a particular stream are eligible to pursue the B.Tech course in the same stream. To get admission in B.Tech course, after completion of your three years Diploma course, you need to appear in LEET examination and based upon your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and you can get admission in second year of four years B.Tech course.
