After complete diploma engineering,you can get admission to B.Tech through lateral entry examination.You required only 60% in diploma engineering.+2 is not necessary for admission to B.Tech through lateral entry.

Yes, you can join b.tech after compliting diploma in polytechnic.
This process is known as Lateral entry. You will get a chance to study B.tech by directly joining in the second year. 60% is the criteria for lateral entry and also you have to apear in entrance exams as required.
For you information , BE and B.Tech are same so you do not need 10+2 . BE degrees are given by deemed universities and state and central universities. If you are doing B.Tech from a college your degree will be B. tech not BE. So do not worry and you just need diploma and not the 10+2 to join a engineering college as a latetal student

You must have to qualify the exam.

Yes of course you can enter into the engineering college through the lateral entry by the recently notified new regulations for lateral admission to engineering programs which is as following :-

If you a B.Sc. degree with mathematics as a subject and 60 per cent aggregate at the U.G. level then you can gain lateral entry into the second year or III semester of the B.E. / B.Tech course

Lateral Entry Engineering Test(LEET) is a examination through which you can take admission in 2nd year or 3rd semester of BE/B.Tech engineering.

Eligibility:

you can take admission in the BE/BTech programs if:

1:you pass any diploma degree of minimum 3 years after 10th.

or

you pass any diploma degree of minimum 2 years after 12th from any polytechnic institute affiliated with State Board of Technical Education(SBTE) or any University, or recognized by UGC/AICTE with minimum of 60% marks and 55% marks for SC/ST in aggregate or any gradation system

2:you qualify LEET with at least 20% aggregate marks and 15% for SC/ST students

3:you are a citizen of India.

If you have fulfilled the above conditions then you would be eligible for appearing in the entrance test organized by AICTE to enter into BE/B.Tech.

There are 250 colleges and over 90,000 seats all over India where you can take a entry as lateral.

Yes offcourse you can join B.tech after completing diploma in plytechnic through Lateral Entry..
In Lateral Entry you will get the admission in direct 2nd year of Btech duration of B.tech is 4 years but you will be promted in 2nd year so duration of course for you is 3 years and you will have to clear First years Physics Chemistry and Maths Subject of the institutes where you take the admission.
There are a great scope in B.tech..
The best coourse in B.tech are:-
Mechanical engg.
Civil Engg.
Electrical Engg.
Computer Engg.
Electronics Engg. etc.

The candidate also can enter in B.tech after 12th. for this

you have to appear in edcet to join in b.tech

Yes, you can take admission in directly in 2nd year B.Tech after completing your Diploma.But remember you have to give the entrance test (Diploma to Degree) in Various state level and national test. It is not nessesary to pass 12 the exam to take admission in B.Tech Even completing Diploma because diploma is considered as equivalent as 12 exam.

Yes you can join BTech course after diploma.
The only requirement is that you must have atleast 60% marks in your diploma and should pass in all the subjects.

However different colleges have different cutoffs for diploma students so the better your marks the better college you get into.
