Yes, the Diploma course offered by IGNOU are approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is recognised as Central University by University Grants Commission (UGC). So, the Diploma courses offered by IGNOU are approved by University Grants Commission (UGC).
