I am completed diploma in mechanical engineering so tell me that i can do the hotel management course after completing diploma course?

There are many courses offered under Hotel Management.

1. Diploma in Hotel Management
2. Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology
3. Bachelor of Hotel Management
4. Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management
5. Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management
6. Bachelor of Tourism and Hotel Management
7. Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Administration
8. Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management, Catering and Tourism
9. Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology
10. Master of Hotel Management
11. Master of Science in Hotel Management
12. Master of Business Administration in Hotel Management
13. Master of Science in Hotel Management, Catering and Tourism.

Eligibility Criteria

For Diploma:
Candidate must have at least 40% in 10th or 12th for applying in diploma course.
Candidate not less than 17 years old or more than 22 years old.

For Bachelor Degree
Candidate must have at least 50% in 12th standard.
Maximum age limit is 22 years.

For Master Degree
Candidate must have at least 45% in bachelor's degree or relevant diploma courses.
There is no maximum age limit because different colleges, institutions or universities have their own eligibility regarding age limit.

Note: Many top colleges provides certificate programmes in Hotel Management which is more or less equivalent to diploma course.

Now, you are eligible to study Hotel Management course. It depends on your 10th or 12th qualification.

I am completed diploma in mechanical but i want to continue my further Carrier in hotel management.Is it possible..

2). BBA in Hotel management. The duration of course is 3 years.
3). Bachelors of science in hotel management. the duration of course is 3 years.
4). B.A in hotel management, duration of course is 3 years.
5). Diploma in hotel management. duration of course is 3 years.
6). Certified course in hotel and catering management. duration for this course is 9 to 12 months.

>> Hilton group of hotels.
>> Oberoi group.

Can I do hotel management after diploma in civil engineering?? but Without 12th?

Yes you can do Hotel management after diploma .Elibility Criteria is given below :-

Candidate must have at least 50% in 12th standard.


Candidate must have at least 45% in bachelor's degree or relevant diploma courses.

Miniimum age should be 22 years.

There is no maximum age limit
