I have passed second year from government polytechnic arvi. But 2 years back i had taken off TC from there. So can i get admission to third year in other polytechnic institute? Please answer this as early as possible?

No, it is not possible to get admission in 3rd year Diploma course directly in another institute if you have completed 2 years diploma course from government polytechnic college and taken TC from there. As per the education board rules, you need to pursue complete three years Diploma course from the same institute in order to get Diploma certificate. So, you can't get direct admission in 3rd year of Diploma course in another polytechnic college.
