Hello
I cleared 6th sem in chemical in diploma
but I have Two backlogs ln 5 th sem ..
can I get admission in 2nd year of goverment college for btech degree. College after clear diploma.......???????

You can get Lateral entry admission to study B.Tech course only if you have cleared your two backlogs while applying for admission to B.Tech course. If you have not cleared your tow backlogs, then, you cannot get admission to study B.Tech course. So, I suggest you to apply for admission to B.Tech course only after clearing your two backlogs. To get admission in B.Tech course after completion of your three years Diploma course, you need to appear in LEET/ECET/JELET examinations. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and you can get direct admission in second year of four years B.Tech course.

I have one atkt in my sixth sem of diploma in computer engineering can i get admission in BE this year with atkt

No, not at all , it is impossible to get into btech if you have backlogs it doesn't matter whether it is 1 or 2 .
-> First clear your backlogs then you are eligible to appear in LEET test , after getting rank in LEET exam and also based on your percentage in diploma you will secure seat in any btech college .
