I have completed my diploma in computer engineering in the year 2019, now I want to do bachelor of computer science can i get seat in any college even though having gap between diploma and degree

Yes degree can be completed after gap provided the student provides reason of such gap.
They can attach affidavit with application form stating the reason of their gap.

It also depends on the college in which one is taking admission.
Some may allow year gap and some don't.
Thus if a gap is more than 1 year, then it may create problem.

Yes, you can get admission in a degree course even having completed your Diploma course in 2019 as academic gap years do not make a candidate ineligible for pursuing a degree course if one holds the essential requirement for pursuing that particular course.
