No, candidates who have completed Diploma in Architecture course are not eligible to pursue B.Tech course in Civil Engineering. Only candidates who have completed three years Diploma course in Civil Engineering or 12th standard with Non-Medical Science stream from a recognised institution are eligible to pursue B.Tech Civil Engineering course. By appearing and qualifying Lateral Entry examination which is conducted by respective state entrance examinations board, the candidate can get direct admission in second year of four years Civil Engineering course.

Yes, definitely any student who had passed diploma in architecture is eligible for the bachelor degree in civil engineering.
For getting admission in B.Tech in civil after completion of your diploma you have to appear in the Lateral Entry Entrance Test. After getting result of LEET exam you have to participate the online counselling. After getting the counselling result you have to visit at the institute in which you secure your seat through online counselling. Here you have to complete the admission formalities to start your classes.

You are a student of diploma in Architecture so you are not eligible for B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Those candidates who have completed diploma course in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute are eligible to get admission in B.Tech course in Civil Engineering.

Your age should be above 18 years.

Yes you are eligible for the course of B.Tech in Civil after the completion of Diploma in Architecture.
You need to appear for the LEET Entrance Examination and according to your rank in that Examination you will be able to take admission to the course of B.Tech in Civil.
Your rank will decide the college in which you will be able to take admission.
