Candidates must have passed the Secondary (Madhyamik) Examination of West Bengal Board of Education or its equivalent examination with English, Mathematics and Science along with other subjects securing at least 35% marks are eligible to study the Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering at Engineering Institute for Junior Executive, Howrah. Eligibility to study Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering:

Pass in class 10th or its equivalent examination with 35 % in each of the subjects with science and mathematics. The student must have studied English as one of the subjects in class 10th.

Eligibility to pursue Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering:

One must have completed class 10th or its equivalent examination with at least 35 percent in each of the subjects with science and mathematics.

The students must have studied English as one of the subjects in class 10th.

The candidate needs to qualify the Entrance Test that is Polytechnic Entrance Test.

Eligibility criteria to pursue Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering in Engineering Institute for Junior Executive, Howrah are as follows:-
