Dear Vipin Rai,
you can do part time diploma course if have minimum of 1year working experience in any domain but there is no polytechnic for without attending classes because its an technical course you can't understand anything without attending classes.

Thus it is absolutely necessary for a student to attend these practical s and pass them.

Thus a part time diploma or a non-attending diploma is not possible.You must attend all the practical s if not the theory lectures which are very less.
