I am the diploma holder from govt institute. I have complete my diploma in ceramic technology branch and i am interested to know that there is any job in bank on diploma basis

No, diploma holder can not apply for bank job. Because diploma is an additional qualification.It is not the graduation degree. But diploma is the top most career for the choices made by the students . There are many career opportunities in this field.

There are many number of jobs in the banking sector.

It is a professions like: Bank clerk, in PVT sector bank and as well as Nationalized bank in India. you can clear the bank exams. You can apply for the IBPS exam and can take job in the government sector . There are 19 government banks are under in IBPS.

Those people who can apply the post which is available in banking then you should have 60% marks in your 10th, 10+2 class and graduation degree . You can apply the bank job through the IBPS entrance exam for the post: clerk and specialist officer post .

And at last you need to clear the entrance exam and get a job in the banking sector. Those people who have done diploma in computer technology they can not apply all the posts which is available in banking.

And at last diploma holder student can not apply for bank job. Because diploma is an additional qualification.

Hey friend,

You cannot join in any job in Bank with a qualification of completed Diploma as regarding the education qualification which is needed for applying for entrance exams which are conducted by the banks.The bank conducts exams such as Bank PO exam and Bank Clerk exam.

These exams are conducted for candidates to join in for the post of Bank Probationary Officer and the Bank Clerk post.There are certain criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to apply for the Exams.

As with your qualification you cannot apply for neither of them as you are not having the education qualification which is needed for them and the criteria is that the candidate must have completed +2 from a recognized school board of education with a fair percentage in order to apply for the Bank Clerk exam.The Bank PO exam has more higher qualification as it needs the candidate to have completed a Degree from a recognized university.

No Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for Bank Jobs until and unless they complete their Graduation.

Because of the heavy competition for bank jobs, the eligibility criteria that is required to apply for Bank Jobs has been changed.

As per the changed criteria,

The candidate should have completed Graduation in order to apply for Bank Clerk Exams.

But to apply for Bank PO jobs, one should have completed Graduation with a minimum of 60% of marks.

It would be better to apply for IBPS PO Exam which will provide you an opportunity to get job in any of the public sector bank other than SBI and SBI Associate Banks.

So, join Graduation in a stream in accordance with your stream in Graduation and try to complete it successfully with a minimum of 60% of marks.

As and when the IBPS Exam notification is released, please apply for it.

Have good preparation for the Entrance Exam and crack it.
