Is three opening for Diploma in mechanical candidates in ISRO?

Is three opening for Diploma in mechanical candidates in ISRO? I had finished my diploma couple of years back and I wanted to apply for the job in ISRO. So, am I eligible for it or not? Can someone please provide me the details on this soon as possible?

Thank you!
