I've completed my diploma in IT. Now I want further study in external with my web developer job n which have opportunities in future.

I've refer some courses like Bsc IT, Bca, BE ,btech, bcom but am confused to choose any. so what is preferable. or is there any other courses better for me except above?

First you decide your interest area first. If you have interest in IT then you must to do B.Tech in Computer Science or BE for better future prospectus cause B.Sc. IT and BCA is less demanded in IT Industry. B.Com is is better but it doesn't expose your career in higher direction.
