Whether college provide training program itself after completing diploma in Nautical Science? Is it necessary to appear in Open Net for the admission in IGNOU? At what time Medical drugs and alcohol tests will be conducted?

any 1 havng idea abt diploma nautical science ....
Aftr completing 1 year course do the college itself provides training or we hav to do it own n wht about ignou open net exam is it compulsory n wht abt medical drug & alcohol test conductd specifix period,.,. thanx

Diploma in nautical science is not offered by IGNOU or any distance mode university. Only regular degrees are considered for such fields, which requires a lot of practical training.

IGNOU OPEN NET is for other courses, which are offered in distance mode. It is a good option only for working professionals, if you are a fresher, then go for regular course.
