Is it a wise decision to study Biotechnology instead of MLT in BSc for a Diploma Medical Laboratory Technology holder?

Hello Sir, I have completed my Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology course. Now, I am interested to study BSc in Biotechnology instead of MLT. I just want to know as I am a Diploma holder, is it a wise decision I am going to take?

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
