Can I apply for the Delhi Pre-Matric Scholarship as a 10th student?
I want to apply for the Delhi Pre-Matric Scholarship as I am studying in 10th standard and will give the Board exam in this year. I know that this scholarship is for pre matric students. So, can I get this scholarship? Kindly tell me about this as soon as possible. Thank you!

Pre and Post Matric Scholarship for OBC students, Delhi 2018, Class 10. Department for the Welfare of SC/ST/OBC, Government of Delhi invites applications for Pre and Post Matric Scholarship for OBC students, Delhi 2018 from students studying in Class 1 to postgraduation.
