I got 72% in b.tech 1st year but i have 1 backlog
can i get education loan?

Yes, you can get education loan. But you can get it only on certain conditions. The conditions are as follows.

- You clear the backlog as soon as possible and then apply for education loan.
- You maintain a good academic record from now on and make sure that you do not get any backlog further in your B.Tech course.

With backlog you cannot apply for education loan as the bank considers the academic background of a candidate seriously. Since you are applying for a loan to pursue the course where you have one backlog already, so the banks will hesitate to give you loan. Most of the banks will reject the loan application. So it is better to clear the backlog and then apply for loan.
